therapy practice is based on the work of Wilhelm Reich
and Dr. John Pierrakos M.D. Core Energetics combines talk
therapy, body movement and voice to discover and release
blocked energy in the body. Thus resulting in a stronger
sense of wellbeing and promoting a larger capacity to receive
and give love to ones self, to others and to the Divine.
It also brings a feeling of grounding into the physical
body and in one’s life
