makko-ho japanese shiatsu stretch

makko-ho   “to face forward” in Japanese.  Consisting of four simple exercises, these exercises are done individually and together with a partner. The focus is on improving one’s metabolism and changing the structure of the body over time. These movements activate the meridian lines in the body (Japanese / Chinese concepts of Shiatsu and Acupuncture)
