to meet life's many challenges! Awakening the body's energy
centers (charkas) using our connections to our glandular system,
kundalini yoga recharges the body, mind and spirit to give
you a deep connection to your true self. Using breath, posture,
mantra and mudra, builds flexibility, endurance and awareness.
At times, aerobic, quiet and reflective classes are always
a unique experience. Each class includes breath work or pranayam,
a set of yogic movements or a kriya, deep relaxation and meditation.
